3. Payment & Access

- All sales are final for digital products once delivered, except for defective items.
4. Delivery
- Digital products will be delivered as per the delivery options selected by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring system compatibility before purchase.
5. Customer Responsibility:
- Customers must provide correct details (phone number and email).
- If incorrect details are provided, refunds will not be issued.
6. Refunds & Returns
- Digital products are non-refundable unless defective.
- Any request must include proof of issue.
7. Intellectual Property
- All software, updates, and related materials remain the property of the manufacturer or Cybertronix Technologies.
- Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.
8. Liability
- Cybertronix Technologies is not responsible for data loss, software incompatibility, or indirect damages.
- Customers are responsible for backup and data protection.
9. Governing Law
- Purchases are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
